GET FIT TO QUIT™🚭 Fulfillment Policy  

1. Immediate Access to Digital Content

Upon successful enrollment, you will receive immediate access to your GET FIT TO QUIT™🚭 digital membership, including communities, courses, live Zoom call schedule and other platform features, depending on membership level. Access begins immediately at checkout.

Because access is delivered instantly, all purchases are considered “fulfilled” upon delivery of access.

✅ Trial Eligibility: Free trials are limited to one per person. We reserve the right to revoke access if we detect misuse or repeated trial activity.


2. Automatic Billing & Membership Renewal

If, during your 90-day free community trial, you do not enroll in one of our paid coaching programs or paid monthly community, your membership will automatically expire, along with member-only benefits and special prices on coaching packages.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your monthly paid membership directly inside your account dashboard Settings -> Billing , or

emailing our support team at [email protected].

Cancellations are not considered official through social media messages, comments, or verbal requests.

Any cancellation will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

No prorations: We do not provide partial refunds or prorated credits for mid-cycle cancellations or plan changes.


5. No Refunds Policy (Coaching Programs)

Once your membership is billed, all payments are final.

Due to the nature of instant-access digital products and platform access, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

lack of use

“not what I expected”

forgetting to cancel

One exception to No Refunds Policy is Our Guarantee to refund your investment in the GET FIT TO QUIT™🚭Readiness Accelerator System if you are not satisfied with the program AND you have completed the program portal, participated weekly (minimally) in the community and attended at least four live Zoom calls with Coach Kelly during the first 90 days of your membership. You must submit your written request within 90 days of your enrollment and meet these terms to be eligible for Our Guarantee.

7. Email & SMS Delivery Disclaimer

You are responsible for maintaining accurate email and phone contact information inside your account.

Please note that delivery of emails and texts can be impacted by third-party carriers and email providers (e.g., Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, mobile networks). You will receive an SMS upon enrollment of any community or course directing you to check you spam folder and move our communications to your inbox to signal your approval. While we make every effort to support deliverability, delivery cannot be guaranteed.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage members to reach out to our support team directly at [email protected] for billing concerns before filing a dispute.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we reserve the right to:

immediately suspend access to your membership and/or platform

remove access to programs, bonuses, and services associated with the purchase

pause active support until the dispute is resolved

9. Policy Updates

GET FIT TO QUIT™🚭 reserves the right to update or modify this Fulfillment Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and/or communicated via email. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
